V8 in Blue or Green and V10 use O-kam Pro and support 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi. V5 uses VicoNature; use the V5 app guide instead.

See the individual model notes. The card statements are guide-edition references, not a recommendation to buy a card before matching the current unit.
Recognize the documented recording labels
Archived O-kam guide material shows labels including Playback and TF Record Settings. Those are useful landmarks for identifying the relevant version; they are not a documented sequence of export buttons.
The guide material also discusses recording controls and clip-length settings. A recording-mode or duration setting does not prove that an old card event can be downloaded, and does not establish cloud history or continuous recording for every unit.
Separate playback from keeping a file
Choose the task in the saving checklist: live recording, existing card event, or existing cloud event. Follow a saving method only when it is documented for your matched app/version or confirmed by support.
The material reviewed here does not establish a complete, verified card-to-phone or cloud-to-phone export path. It also does not establish the final phone folder, a batch-export function or the quality of the exported file. These are recorded as confirmation items rather than supplied as guessed steps.
When a method is confirmed, save the intended event and open the resulting file from its actual destination. Record the device, app version, source, control used and result. Keep the original until the copy has been checked.
Sharing has its own permissions
The archived O-kam instructions describe an owner-side Settings → Share route with a choice affecting settings permission. This is a sharing reference, not evidence that every invited account can export recordings. Do not substitute sharing a camera or sending a link for saving a video file.
Check the current role and prompts for the matched unit. Guide-edition account or QR-code limits should not become a universal current limit.
If the controls do not match
Keep the app that actually matches your unit. Use Find the app and guide and ask support for the specific saving task, rather than trying a VicoNature sequence or another model's reset procedure.
AI access, cloud history, trial conditions and export permissions still need separate evidence. The subscription and storage guide explains which questions to ask.
