1. 30-Day Risk-Free Trial
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. This gives you plenty of time to set up your feeder and see the birds in action. If it's not the right fit for your backyard, you can initiate a return within this period.

To ensure the fastest processing of your return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Get Your Instructions: Our support team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and the correct return shipping address.
Ship & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure the following:
Condition: The item must be in its original, "like-new" condition.
Packaging: Please include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional gifts included with the purchase.
Shipping Costs:
Quality Issues: If the product is defective or you received the wrong item, Nafnti covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
Personal Preference: For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately with a free replacement or a full refund.
