Thank you for choosing Nafnti®. We are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience for our community of bird enthusiasts. Please review our shipping guidelines, rates, and regional restrictions below.


1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

We offer simplified shipping rates to provide the best value for our customers:

  • Orders of $90.00 or More: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Orders Under $90.00: A flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 will be applied at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

To ensure the safety of our hardware and maintain high service standards, Nafnti® currently only ships to the Contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

We DO NOT ship to the following locations:

  • Non-Contiguous States: Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI).

  • U.S. Territories & Commonwealths: Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), American Samoa (AS), and Northern Mariana Islands (MP).

  • Military & Diplomatic Addresses: APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

  • International Destinations: We do not offer international shipping to countries outside of the U.S., including Colombia, Canada, or Mexico.

3. Fulfillment & Carrier Network

Your order is fulfilled through a premium logistics network to ensure it arrives in top condition. We utilize:

  • Amazon Logistics: Our primary partner for rapid, localized fulfillment.

  • FedEx / UPS Ground: Used for secure transit of our professional hardware kits.

  • USPS: Primarily used for smaller accessories and specific residential routes.

4. Order Processing & Transit Times

  • Processing: Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Transit: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous U.S.

5. Battery & Safety Compliance

All Nafnti® smart feeders are equipped with professional 5200mAh lithium-ion batteries and 3W solar panels. In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) safety regulations, these products must be transported via Ground Shipping. This is a primary factor in our inability to provide air-based shipping to offshore or international locations.

6. Address Accuracy & Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Nafnti® is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or misdelivered due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.
