Identify the mismatch
Record the device/configuration, supplied guide, installed app and publisher, app version, phone system and the task you want to complete. Say whether you are trying to record live view, retrieve a card event or keep a cloud event.
Some historical product records are not matched to one of the reviewed hardware guides. They do not supply a reliable alternative app name or export sequence. A camera that looks similar is not enough to choose a branch.
Request the method for this task
Use Find the app and guide and the Nafnti contact page to request the applicable method. Ask for the exact source recording, control, required role/plan and file destination.
Do not switch to another app, format a card, reset the device or remove it from an account just to follow an unmatched tutorial. Keep the source recording available while the saving method is being established.
Check the result once a method is confirmed
Use the clip-saving worksheet. Open the actual resulting file outside the original event list and verify the intended content. If you still have only a thumbnail, notification or share link, do not mark the independent video copy as confirmed.
